Legal Binding Agreement

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, RUNNING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, UTILITIES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED VIA SAMSUNGTOOL.US (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SOFTWARE"), YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AND MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE OPERATIONS AND REMOVE ALL RELATED FILES FROM YOUR WORKSTATION.

1. Intended Use and Service Scope

SamsungTool.us delivers specialized software utilities engineered strictly for independent diagnostic testing, firmware restoration, hardware maintenance, authorized reflashing, and cellular repair of compatible Samsung mobile devices. The Software is classified strictly as a commercial electronic diagnostic tool meant for technical research, educational simulation, and legal device servicing under sovereign "Right to Repair" legal frameworks.

2. Compliance with Local Laws and User Indemnity

The User bears the exclusive, absolute legal and financial liability for ensuring that any operation executed through the Software complies fully with all municipal, state, federal, and international laws, telecommunication regulations, and cyber-security statutes.

  • Authorized Hardware Possession: The User solemnly covenants, represents, and warrants that they are either the absolute legal owner of the device undergoing service, or a certified cellular technician acting with explicit, documented, and legally verifiable authorization from the legitimate owner.
  • Prohibited Identity Alteration (IMEI/MEID): The Software is fundamentally not designed, intended, or licensed to alter, substitute, overwrite, modify, or obscure Mobile Device Identification Numbers (including but not limited to IMEI, MEID, ESN, or Serial Numbers) within jurisdictions where such actions constitute a federal or local offense. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance.
  • Anti-Theft and Bypassing Restrictions: SamsungTool.us strictly prohibits the utilization of its services to compromise, bypass, or degrade security protections on lost, blacklisted, black-market, or stolen property. This tool must never be engaged for illicit tracking, interception, or non-consensual consumer data extraction.

3. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

SAMSUNGTOOL.US INFRASTRUCTURE, UTILITIES, AND API SERVICES ARE PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

  • Inherent Hardware Vulnerabilities: Low-level flashing, bootloader modification, and partition wiping carry severe inherent risks, including total hardware failure ("permanent bricking"), system baseband panics, or irreversible encryption data loss. The User acknowledges, comprehends, and voluntarily assumes these operational risks.
  • No Maintenance Guarantees: SamsungTool.us offers no guarantee that the Software will successfully solve every specific device defect, operate without server interruptions, or maintain future compatibility with security patches or over-the-air (OTA) updates deployed by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or network carriers.

4. Maximum Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMSUNGTOOL.US, ITS CORE DEVELOPERS, SYSTEM ARCHITECTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AUTHORIZED RESELLERS/DEALERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This total exemption includes, but is not limited to: physical structural degradation or board-level burnout of target mobile devices; loss of corporate profits, business downtime, or economic revenue resulting from software execution or server unavailability; and legal penalties, criminal charges, fines, or civil lawsuits brought against the User by third parties, law enforcement agencies, network carriers, or manufacturers due to the User's misuse or illegal application of the tool.

5. Intellectual Property and Infrastructure Integrity

All codebases, cryptographic protocols, user interface layouts, firmware patches, server-side tokens, and technical documentation hosted on SamsungTool.us remain the exclusive intellectual assets of their respective creators.

  • Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: The User is strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, unpacking, or utilizing debugging software to intercept or analyze the internal binaries, data streams, or API communication routines of the Software.
  • Anti-Sharing and Licensing Abuse: Software licenses, logs, or authentication tokens are tied strictly to hardware IDs or unique user configurations. Any attempt to redistribute modified binaries, bypass dongle/server authentications, or share tool access over network environments (e.g., via USB sharing networks or unauthorized VPNs) will trigger instant, automatic, and permanent account termination without notice and without eligibility for a financial refund.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SamsungTool.us, its management, technical units, and distribution partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise directly or indirectly from your violation of this Agreement, your misuse of the Software, or your infringement of any third-party consumer protections or intellectual rights.

CRITICAL COMPLIANCE TERMINATION POLICY

By continuing to access, execute, or utilize SamsungTool.us software resources, you firmly confirm your compliance with these binding Terms. Any detected system misuse, reverse-engineering attempts, or unauthorized exploitation immediately terminates software access and licensing permissions without any prior notice.
